Dream Job Consultancy provides access to job opportunities, career services, training programs, internships, and placement assistance.

We act as an intermediary between candidates and employers. We do not employ candidates, and we do not control employer hiring decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the applicable jurisdiction.

You agree that all information, documents, and qualifications you share are true and verifiable. Misrepresentation may lead to termination of services without refund.

All fees for memberships, career services, training programs, and internships are disclosed on the Pricing page and again before enrolment.

Exact price: the amount displayed on the Pricing page for the specific service you select, in Indian Rupees.

Service provided: the specific services listed for that plan or program, and nothing beyond them.

Service duration: the duration stated for the plan or program (for example one month, three months, six months, one year, or the stated program length).

Payment schedule: as disclosed before enrolment. For Non-IT Training & Placement, ₹15,000 is payable as the service/training fee and one month's salary is payable after you receive an offer letter, subject to the applicable service agreement.

Applicable taxes: any statutory taxes applicable at the time of payment are charged as per Indian law and shown before payment.

Refund eligibility and cancellation terms: as stated in the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, communicated before payment.

Candidate responsibilities: providing accurate information, attending scheduled sessions and interviews, and responding to communication.

Company responsibilities: delivering the listed services within the stated duration and disclosing all fees before enrolment.

What is not guaranteed: employment, interview selection, offer letter, salary, joining, or selection by any particular employer.

Dream Job Consultancy provides job opportunities, career services, training, internships, and placement assistance. Payment for any membership, career service, training program, placement assistance, or internship does not guarantee employment, interview selection, offer letter, salary, joining, or selection by any particular employer. Final hiring decisions are made by the respective employer.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the fee you paid for that service.

We are not liable for employer conduct, withdrawn openings, changes in compensation, or decisions made by third parties.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at our registered place of business.
