Refund Policy

Membership and career-service fees give you access to services for a fixed duration. A refund request raised within 7 days of payment, where no premium service has been delivered and no application has been submitted on your behalf, is eligible for a refund after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges and taxes.

Once premium access, career services, or application assistance has been used, the fee is non-refundable for the remainder of the term.

A refund request raised before the program start date is eligible for a refund after deduction of administrative charges, payment gateway charges, and applicable taxes.

After the program starts, fees for delivered sessions are non-refundable. Any remaining balance, if applicable, is assessed on a pro-rata basis per the Candidate Service Agreement.

The one month's salary component for Non-IT Training & Placement becomes payable only after you receive an offer letter and is not charged if no offer letter is received.

The ₹5,000 Non-IT paid internship fee is refundable if cancellation is requested before the internship start date, after deduction of administrative and gateway charges.

After the internship begins, the fee is non-refundable.

Email careers@dreamjobconsultancy.in from your registered email address with your name, phone number, service purchased, payment reference, and reason. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days of approval.

Refunds are never conditional on employment outcomes, because no service we offer guarantees employment.
