Internship Terms
Terms for the internship programs, including the Non-IT paid internship program.
Program structure
Internship duration is 3 months unless stated otherwise on the internship listing.
Internships include practical work, mentorship, performance evaluation, career guidance, resume-building support, and placement opportunities where available.
Fee and stipend are separate
Internship fee: ₹5,000 for a 3-month Non-IT internship. This is a program fee paid by the candidate.
Stipend: eligibility and amount are performance-based and will be communicated according to the applicable internship program terms. A stipend is not a salary and is not guaranteed.
The fee and the stipend are distinct. Paying the fee does not entitle you to a stipend of any specific amount.
Certificate and evaluation
An internship certificate is issued where applicable, based on completion and performance evaluation.
Not a job offer
An internship is not employment and is not a guaranteed job. Any subsequent hiring decision rests solely with the employer.
