Cancellation Policy
How to cancel a membership, training program, or internship enrolment.
Cancelling a membership
You may cancel at any time by writing to careers@dreamjobconsultancy.in or from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid term.
Cancelling a training or internship enrolment
Cancellation requested before the start date is processed as per the Refund Policy.
Cancellation after the start date ends your participation from the date of the request; delivered services remain chargeable.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel a service for non-payment, misrepresentation, abusive conduct, or breach of these policies. Where we cancel a program for operational reasons, we refund the undelivered portion of the fee.
