Candidate Service Agreement

You are paying for access to specified services: training, career guidance, resume support, interview preparation, job matching, application assistance, placement assistance, and interview coordination where applicable.

You are not paying for a job, an interview, an offer letter, or a placement outcome.

Exact price: the amount displayed on the Pricing page for the specific service you select, in Indian Rupees.

Service provided: the specific services listed for that plan or program, and nothing beyond them.

Service duration: the duration stated for the plan or program (for example one month, three months, six months, one year, or the stated program length).

Payment schedule: as disclosed before enrolment. For Non-IT Training & Placement, ₹15,000 is payable as the service/training fee and one month's salary is payable after you receive an offer letter, subject to the applicable service agreement.

Applicable taxes: any statutory taxes applicable at the time of payment are charged as per Indian law and shown before payment.

Refund eligibility and cancellation terms: as stated in the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, communicated before payment.

Candidate responsibilities: providing accurate information, attending scheduled sessions and interviews, and responding to communication.

Company responsibilities: delivering the listed services within the stated duration and disclosing all fees before enrolment.

What is not guaranteed: employment, interview selection, offer letter, salary, joining, or selection by any particular employer.

Attend scheduled training sessions, mock interviews, and employer interviews you accept.

Keep your profile, resume, and contact details current, and respond to communication within a reasonable time.

Inform us promptly if you accept an offer, including offers sourced independently, so records stay accurate.

Deliver the listed services within the stated duration and disclose every applicable fee before you enrol.

Represent your profile accurately to employers and share only what is necessary for the role.
